In this course, we will travel through the wonderful wine regions of Switzerland: Zürich, Graubünden, Ticino, Valais, and Geneva.
We will explore Switzerland as a wine-growing country, focusing on its unique climatic conditions, indigenous grape varieties, wine styles, and their diversity.
During this course, we will taste and analyze:
- White wine from Zürich
- White wines from Valais
- Red wine from Graubünden
- Red wine from Ticino
- Red wine from Geneva
